“Guest” (or “you”, “your”) refers to anyone who purchases or uses our tickets, including:
- The person named on the ticket
- Any minors accompanying them (under 18 years old)
- Their heirs, representatives, or anyone acting on their behalf
“Independent Contractors” refers to certified independent guides, local suppliers, and other service providers delivering certain services on our behalf.
“Tour” refers to any excursion, activity, transfer, or service sold through our platform.
2. Your Agreement With Us
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms. This agreement:
- Contains all terms between you and Normandy Day
- Replaces any previous agreements or understandings
- Remains valid even if parts are found unenforceable in certain jurisdictions
- May be updated periodically; continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes
3. Our Role and Liability Limitations
Our Role
- Normandy Day sells, organizes, and directly provides transport services for tours.
- Guiding services are provided by certified independent guides acting as independent contractors.
- The independent guides:
- Maintain their own insurance
- Establish their own safety protocols
- Train and supervise their own staff
- Operate under their own professional licenses and certifications
Liability Limitations By purchasing our tours, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Normandy Day is responsible for the transport services.
- Guiding services are provided by independent guides for whom Normandy Day acts solely as an intermediary.
- Normandy Day is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of independent guides.
Normandy Day assumes NO LIABILITY for:
- Personal injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring during guiding services
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Medical emergencies or costs incurred during the tour
- Weather-related disruptions affecting the itinerary
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of independent guides
All claims related to guiding services must be directed to the independent guide.
By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept ALL INHERENT RISKS associated with participation and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
COVID-19 and Health Safety
- Health measures are implemented by Normandy Day for transportation services.
- Independent guides may apply their own specific health protocols.
- By participating, you assume ALL risks related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.
4. Booking, Payment, and Consumer Rights
EU Consumer Rights
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking, unless the service has been fully performed.
- All prices include applicable VAT.
Data Protection
- We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and French data protection laws.

5. Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- All prices are listed in EUR.
- Prices are guaranteed once the booking is confirmed.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email.
Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.
- Payments are processed through secure systems.
- Normandy Day does not charge additional fees (banks or card issuers may apply their own fees).
6. Legal Matters
- Any legal claims must be filed in France, where Normandy Day is registered.
- French law exclusively applies.
- Legal actions must be initiated within one year of the incident.
- Class action lawsuits are expressly prohibited.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
- Groups of up to 8 people: refundable if canceled up to 24 hours before the tour departure.
- Groups of more than 8 people: refundable if canceled up to 14 days before the tour departure.

- Or use the cancellation button provided on your order confirmation page.
All refunds will be processed to your original payment method (banks may apply their own receiving fees).
8. Guest Responsibilities
Personal Property and Safety
- Keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
- Follow all safety instructions provided.
- Arrive on time at designated meeting points.
- Inform us of any physical limitations or health concerns.
- We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.
Behavior
- Respect guides and drivers.
- Respect local laws and customs.
- Maintain respectful behavior towards all.
